The National Building Professionals Register (NBPR) is an independent and authoritative body that assesses the qualifications and professional expertise of building and construction professionals.

The NBPR is ideally suited for government regulatory bodies seeking to appoint a third-party accreditation body as part of their builders licensing / registration regime.

The NBPR is an initiative of the Australian Institute of Building (AIB), the premier organisation in the Asia-Pacific region for building and construction professionals. As a leading industry stakeholders AIB is actively involved in the Council of Australian Governments (COAG) regulatory reform process to harmonise licensing frameworks across Australian states / territories.
