The National Building Professionals Register (NBPR) is the benchmark for individuals, business and government to judge the suitability of persons:

In pre-selection for the procurement of building services
For licensing / registration of building practitioners; and
To carry out particular services related to the construction of buildings.

All registrants appearing on the NBPR have been certified as having:

Stringent criteria as to their qualifications and experience. They have commited themselves to a continuing professional development program in order to maintain and enhance their competence.
Taken as a group, registrants can be expected to have more advanced knowledge and skills than others who have not met the entry standards or have not commited themselves to ongoing study and professional development.
